  2. This very programme could have been better running it direct to peoples banks accounts: that’s to those who have less than N100000 in their banks accounts.

  3. If the federal govts really needs to help the less privilege in the society: the should run the programme by directing the transfer to the people with less than
    N100000 in their banks accounts
    ? Or, otherwise, those who are charge with the cct task shall seize it as an opportunity to divert those palliatives to their own banks accounts.
