The Kano State Head of Civil Service, Alh. Abdullahi Musa has assured people in the state that Kano state government will continue to provide learning equipment in all public schools across the state.

He disclosed this while laying the foundation for the construction of class room block at Government Islamiyya and Primary School Kofar Kudu, Kiru Town, Kiru Local Government Area.

The Head of Civil Service added that, governor Abba Kabir Yusuf will construct schools and additional class room blocks in the state to decongest the current public schools.

He urged community leaders and the general public to protect all public properties like school, hospitals and electrical equipment for the benefit of their respective communities.

The projects are part of constituency project aimed at helping the people

Earlier in his speech, Member representing Kiru Constituency at the Kano State House of Assembly Hon. Usman Tasiu Abubakar (Rabula) said, the project is part of his constituency project aimed at helping his constituency in reducing the number of out of school children.

The member added that, similar projects will be constructed at Bargoni, Yalwa and Badafi Wards.

He said in addition, there will be a construction of Dispensary Clinic at Zuwo Ward, Market Stalls at Kogo and Dashi Wards, and a Wall Fence at Yako Cemetery and other developmental projects across the local government area.
