KANO STATE GOVERNMENT VOWS TO PROVIDE TEACHING AND LEARNING EQUIPMENT TO ALL PUBLIC SCHOOLS.

Kano state government says it will continue to construct class room
blocks and provide teaching and learning equipment to all public schools
in the state.

This was disclosed by the commissioner of education, Umar Haruna
Doguwa during a live radio programme titled Kan-Daki aired on Radio Kano.

He assured that all newly recruited teachers would be posted to their
respective local government of origin while additional teachers will soon be employed.

He commended parents for sending their wards to schools across the
state and disclosed that plans are underway to train businessmen and
women and enroll them in to the state educational systems.

He commended Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf for initiating the construction of additional class rooms block under the community reorientation committees in all the 44 local government areas of the state.
