MEMBER PRESENT A BILL SEEKING THE UPGRADE OF A LOCAL HEALTH CENTRE IN TO GENERAL HOSPITAL.
Hon. Usman Rabula want Kiru Health Centre upgraded in to a General.
The Member Representing Kiru Constituency at the Kano State House of Assembly, Hon. Usman Tasiu Abubakar (Rabula), has presented a motion seeking Kano state government to upgrade Kiru Comprehensive Health Centre in to a General Hospital.
He disclosed this during an interview with newsmen shortly after the plenary session of the state assembly.
Hon. Usman Abubakar Rabula emphasized that looking at the increased population of Kiru Town and the entire local government area, there is need to upgrade the existing health centre in to a general hospital.
He disclosed that Kiru local government is the only local government without a modern health facility in the zone.
He added “some times our people met with an accident or lost their lives on their way to neighboring communites seeking health, I’m calling on this Honourable house to approve this for the benefit of my community and neighbouring towns”.
